Updated Home Page Stats to Load Faster and Be Better.

I was doing some sneaky tricks before to get the stats but it broke for staff members. Fixed it to get real, proper and live counts independent of the weird, wacky tricks I was doing before. Also added more stats for different user accounts. Added separate counters for staff versus non-staff users.
