Better Pagination for User Profile Page.

The profile page for a user is slightly faster now. Before, I only had pagination on the messages tab and all other tabs fetched and loaded regardless of what tab you were on. So it was fetching data you couldn't see but was being used for counters. It now just fetches counts all the time but won't fetch the data itself unless specifically on the tab. It makes the profile page feel a bit faster.
