Blocked HTTP/1.0 Requests to Combat Spam.

Legitimate requests seem to be using HTTP/1.1, and HTTP/1.1 supports more stuff and is more secure. It also looks like the loser that was trying to spam the site was using only HTTP/1.0, so I made the decision to block all HTTP/1.0 instead of ban VPN ips.

For the record, I am not trying to ban VPNs from accessing the site. I use a VPN and I hate it when I go on a site and it is blocked (looking at you soundcloud), so anyway I can get around blocking VPN IPs being used by bad actors is nice.
